Hello! So, who am I? First and foremost, I am a husband and a father to our four children. From a professional perspective, I’ve worked for Johnson & Johnson for the past 21 years in roles around Supply Chain and Quality. This despite the fact that I received my undergrad in Electrical Engineering and spent four years in the U.S. Army focused on managing networks and communications systems. I’ve captured details (including pictures) in the tabsets below:

In my current role, I am leading a team of data scientists, data
analysts and UX/UI designers as we work to lead a Digital Transformation
within our supply chain organization. Our primary focus is on developing

becoming proactive and prescrptive with respect to our product
performance. Ideally, we’re striving to minimize variation in the
performance of our medical devices.
This is one of the primary reasons that I decided to pursue this MS in
Data Analytics program at UC. I would like to gain a better
understanding of the tools and approaches to better lead this team,
along with being better able to communicate to the organization about
“how” this transformation can positively impact the organization
With respect to other analytics software, my previous work experience as
a Quality Engineer introduced me to using Excel and Minitab. These
continue to be the primary analytics software package used throughout my
company.
