Religious identification is worded as

What is your religious preference – are you Protestant, Roman Catholic, Jewish, Muslim, another religion or no religion?

Response codes include Mormon, other Christian, and other non-Christian religion. In this analysis, “other Christian” is coded with “Protestant” and Jewish, Muslim, Mormon and other non-Christian are combined as “Other religion”.

Attendance is asked as:

Aside from weddings and funerals, how often do you attend religious services… more than once a week, once a week, once or twice a month, a few times a year, seldom, or never?

Attendance question wording from May 2020 through August 2021 was modified to ask
