We can see that the data has a seasonal since the seasonal shows us a recurring pattern in its move. The data also consist of a trend which going up for around 7 years starting 2001, and it drops quite steeply in around 2008 which probably caused by the crisis happened back in 2008 in the USA. However, the trend line does not look so good. this can be caused by 2 possibilities. The first one is that it has a trend inside the trend. The second possibility is that we give the frequency an unjust number. However, we have given it a number of 12 according to our goal, which is to see the move of the data yearly. The model training is looking nice from the plot above. Notice that the
data train predicting almost flawlessly in early years of 2001 and 2002
give or take (notice the black on the tip of the line during those

We can see that the our training set has an error of 1.87% and the test set has an error slightly bigger at 2.64%. This percentage of error is considered as low error. In other words, we have a good model
We will be checking the autocorrelation using L-jung box. we would want to see the p-value greater than 0.05 which indicates that there is no correlation in our forecasting
