Here is a by county maps of Montana. Counties in red are those that have a frequency of less than 11. Those in green are counties where the frequency is greater than 11. If you click on the interactive map, you can access the data of the given polygon (i.e., county-level data).

Final Map Exploration

Here is a final version of the map with the aggregation protocol. Based on our emails, I aggregated polygons that were near to each other until the sum frequency reached 11 or more. As before, the interactive map lets you click and explore the frequency value for that county.
