Based on the preceding analyses it doesn't look like overall symptoms of depression or any of the subscales are associated with inflammatory markers. However, there are widely different numbers of participants with complete data for WBC, CRP, and NLratio (1st set: N ~ 2400) compared with the IL markers and TNFa (2nd set: N ~ 190). Rather than restricting the entire sample to the fewest numbers of participants, we can divide the outcomes into two sets and examine them separately. For comparability, I will use only those with complete data on WBC, CRP, and NLratio in the first set and only those with complete data on the IL markers and TNFa in the second set.
But before we look at these associations, we should check the distributions of the inflammatory marks.
Looks like these distributions are pretty skewed. Let's see what a log transform does.
Much better! These distributions pass the eyeball test. Let's do the analyses on complete data for the 1st and 2nd set with log transformed inflammatory markers.

It appears as though there's a weak relationship between depressive symptoms and inflammatory markers, but the restricted range and funky distributions seem to interfere with straightforward analyses. It seems like there's something here, but it may take some incremental model building to see what's going on. It might be valuable to start with NA (for example), age, sex, race, and poverty status with all their interactions to see whether some combination of interactions reveals a pattern of relationships with inflammatory markers. I would add the other covariates afterwards to see which moderators kill the association.
