1. Overview

This is designed in such a way that simplifies work of lecturers when it comes to results capturing.

1.1 VLOOKUP and SUMIF

1.1.1 Task 1

Populate the Final worksheet with marks from the CT1 and ST worksheets faster. This helps to improve the process of capturing marks especially when some students did not write the test. You can use the VLOOKUP function to populate the Final worksheet.

1.1.2 Task 2

Getting rid of the #N/A when computing totals. The SUMIF function can quickly handle this without errors.

NB: The "<>#N/A" in SUMIF means sum up all entries excluding non-applicable ones (#N/A).
