Lorsque l’intervalle de confiance (IC) d’un OR contient la valeur 1, on peut simplement conclure qu’on ne peut pas rejeter l’hypothèse nulle, ce qui équivaut à dire que l’on ne peut rien conclure.
il serait aussi incorrect de conclure que les facteurs etudié ici ( ttt avant inclusion, site carene ou traché …etc) n’ont pas d’effet sur la maladie (ou l’évènement).
