0.1 SWMM Infiltration Sensitivity Analysis (Green-Ampt Paramters)

A 100 acre, 70% impervious subcatchment receives rainfall from a raingage for the October 7th event from the typical rainfall year.

The following Green-Ampt parameters were varied

  1. Vary Ksat from 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, and 1 in/hr

In addition, for each value of Ksat, we varied the percent of the impervious area routed to the pervious area (instead of directly to the outlet): 10% to 90% in 10% increments.

0.2 RESULTS by Hydraulic Conductivity

0.3 Throwback: SWMM Runoff Sensitivity Analysis (Width, Slope, n-perv, Percent Impervious, Percent Routed)

Let’s return to a previous dataset we created where we varied the percent impervious, width, percent routed to pervious, Manning’s of the pervious area, percent slope, etc.
