Definir el area del negocio que buscamos impactar o mejorar y su KPI

En este caso se plantea centrarse en el area de marketing, KPI: ventas por categoría

Con base a los porcentajes de confiabilidad de la hipotesis, podemos asignar una relacion entre la compra de varios productos; Si se nota el modelo relizado, se puede observar que son mayormente productos complementarios y/o de la misma categoría y por consiguiente la estrategia a llevar es primeramente promover en los distintos canales los productos complementarios (pan, mayonesa, etc) y lanzar ofertas para incentivar la compra de estos productos.
