Conclusión

La regresión lineal es un procedimiento estadístico que busca establecer una relación directa o inversa entre dos o más variables. Presenta la ventaja de que puedes hacer una predicción del comportamiento de alguna variable en un determinado punto o momento.El modelo de regresión tiene un valor de r cuadrada ajustada de 0.08970, lo cual es bajo, por lo que no podemos afirmar que sea un modelo predictivo acertado. La propuesta hacia Walmart es establecer un modelo de regresion para temporadas importantes de ventas como es el Super Bowl, Navidad, Halloweeen, entre otras para poder precedir las ventas futuras.
