About Me!

Hi. My Name is Precious Adugyamfi and I am a forth year here at UC pursing a dual degree in Business Analytics and Economics. my family currently lives in Columbus where I grew up, but I prefer to stay in Cincinnati while I’m in university. I am graduating early this fall with the class of 2022 and am looking forward to see what is next to come on my journey in life.

  • Currently Pursuing BBA in Economics (University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH)

Professional Background

I am currently a part time Internal Audit Intern at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. I’m responsible for completing Sarbanes Oxley ITGC testing for Q1- Q3. I have been with the company for two Summers and two Falls and hope to continue with them after graduating.

Before my current internship I was lucky enough to have work study opportunities in high school with the following organzations:

  • Dawson Careers

  • Ohio Secretary of States Office

Experience with R

I have been using are since the fall of 2021. I took the bulk of my classes that required me to use R in the Spring of 2022 which is when i became the most familiar with the program. The courses in which i learned R were:

  • Descriptive Analytics & Data Visualizations

  • Forecasting and Risk Analysis

  • Data Management for Analytics

Experience with Other Analytics Software

I have slight experience with other analytics Software including:

  • Python

  • Microsoft Excel

  • SQL (with queries)

  • Microsoft Access

I have been using Excel since high school. I recently learned how to use python and SQL during my last semester in the spring. overall, I enjoy learning how to use new programming languages and systems.
