I am pursuing Master of Science in Information Systems program from Carl H. Lindner College of Business, University of Cincinnati. I am looking forward to work as Solution Architecture, Product Manager or Financial Analyst after graduation. I like reading books on different subjects & want to travel major cities of the world.

Professional Background:

Since September 2016 to July 2022, I have worked with Reliance Jio as Senior Software Test Engineer (Deputy Manager). During this time I handled critical projects like:

  1. GST Tax Calculation and its applicability to recharge and bill invoices
  2. JIO Post-paid Plus Plans and its system level implementation
  3. Invoice Generation system integration with Government of India’s E-Invoicing Portal
  4. OTT Platforms (Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ Hotstar) integration with JIO Subscription Engine
  5. Configured and Maintained Product Catalogue in test environment
  6. Worked on System Optimization Functionalities developed to reduce unnecessary load or enhance/diversify JIO’s internal OSS/BSS systems

My primary responsibilities were:

  • Defect Reporting & Tracking
  • System Integration Testing
  • Developing Automation Framework
  • Test Case Management, Test Environment Set-up & Test Data Configuration
  • Attend walk-throughs & understand business requirements
  • Analyze functional & technical requirements

Experience with R:

I am learning R Programming for the first time. I think it is an efficient data analysis language which includes majority of packages for different boxplots, graphics & functions. This makes analyzing large amount of data quite easy. I will definitely want myself to excel in this programming language.

Experience with other analytic software:

During my professional years, I use to create and maintain a lot of dummy test data which was required for test execution. At that time, I used Microsoft Excel for majority of my data storage & maintenance. I have also worked with MySQL databases and Microsoft Azure Devops for time being.
