Introduction

Hello! I am a full-time business owner, student, and wife. I am 26 years old and have lived here in Cincinnati since 2018. My hometown is Phoenix, AZ. My goals are to expand my company and increase revenue.

My dream is to become a consultant for real estate matters and data needs. I enjoy making visualizations and can’t wait to learn more! Eventually, I’d like to retire in San Diego on Coronado Island and travel the world by the age of 40 so I have a lot of work to do!

Hondros offers a 3-week Real Estate Licensure program giving the necessary knowledge in:

Following the end of the course program and passing the state exam, I received my real estate license as a salesperson. I soon realized that I was more interested in the dynamics of Commercial and Corporate Real Estate which lead me to UC.

Experience With R

My experience with R is newbie. I have never coded or learned any programming language prior to my Fall Semester of 2022 at UC.

Now I am taking classes that require the use of .R, Jupyter, and Python. I am learning these all for the first time simultaneously. It is by far the most challenging content I’ve been required to learn. Even more so than Spanish, but I’m here for it and excited to see how it will best serve me!

Experience With Other Analytic Software

Until my Fall Semster of 2022 at UC, my analytic skills were limited to Excel. When I began learning how to use excel for decision/optimization models, descriptive, prescriptive and predictive analytics, I was amazed at the power of excel.

I enjoy using and learning the nuances of excel, however I am slowly realizing that there is much more powerful software out there like Tableau for example. I’d like to master all and make them powerful resources to amplify my career moving forward.
