1 Missingness analysis
Patientno 108 is missing remission data at all 3 timepoints, and MADRS data at timepoint 3 (even though BSS_Score and all biomarker data is available at all 3 timepoints). Notably, this pt was MADRS=23 at timepoint 1, then MADRS=5 at timepoint 2 (technically “remitted” by timepoint 2). In the 2nd datafile (“timepoint”), pt 108 is also missing remission status.
