BBC has made a documentary about losing weight called:
Ten Things Your Need to Know About Losing Weight
In this video we could learn that the main solution of losing weight is to “keep your everyday income calorie less than your demand.”
There is an approximate equation to estimate your everyday calorie demand. I write the code in the server.R document. Now let's see how do I calculate.
First of all, let's initialize the variables we need.

weight<-45
Then, let's use our function to calsulate how much calorie do they need.

You just need to type in your age, select your gender, choose your weight, and press “OK” bottom, then the system will automatically calculate the calorie you need.
