Data Visualizations for Canine RABV phylogeny tree reconstruction of Partial and Whole Genome sequences.

After initial phylogenetic reconstruction and dating, the canine RABV was subsected. This include Cosmopolitan, Africa-2, Asians, Africa-3, and Arctic Clade of RABV. The following are the are the sequences remaining after removing outliers during dating
