You must have heard the great journey of the titanic ship. Despite the fact being the greatest ship at its time, it sunk to the bottom of the ocean.

Lots of lives lost due to the unimaginable tragedy.

Ever imagine that if you were on the ship, will you survived?

Let’s look at how many person survived the titanic

So the probability of you surviving the cruise is 342 / 891 = 38.4%
Not looking so great at the start

Does Gender Matter?

Who would likely to survived, male or female?

Not looking great for the males passenger.
The female survival chance are looking really bright.

What About Age?

Does the age affect survival rate?

It seems that passenger around the age of 20 perish more,
compared to other passanger ages.
It’s better to be younger or older in this case.

How About Class?

Does the type of class purchase by passenger affect survival rate?

The lower class survival rate is so low, the gap is big
It seems money may safe your life in this case :)

Multiple Attributes Survival

What about multiple attributes such as Gender and Class?

It seems that life is not fair to the males whose in the 3rd class.
The females on the 1st & 2nd class has a very high chance of surviving.
As always, male on 3rd class have a very low survival rate
