Like many other countries, the most-frequently achieved qualification is Bachelors. The interesting point is that the second highest qualification is certificate III/IV which is normally achieved when the student needs to completely put the practice in the relevant profession.   • According to the study conducted by National Australia Bank, about two third of people quitting their job, had a lack of fullfilment or career growth.

Conclusion

  • There is generally a strong relationship between education and work in Australia. This necessarily mean that the each specific job market accepts what relevant person with the relevant education. Australian market seems to be flexible enough to accept both academic qualifications from university and qualification from tafes and independant institutes. The high cost of education may make many people to look for more diverse and less academic jobs. However what is important in all of these cases, is the skill and quality of work:
