FY20 - FY22 Search Name Conversions by Vendor Findings
Beginning FY20, John Derouche and I created codes to populate custom fields in Salesforce in order to accurately tag leads from the beginning of the enrollment process. This replaced an outdated field that was overwritten anytime a duplicated name would be uploaded to the database. Therefore, findings may be different from what we have been accustomed to.
College Board (CB) and NRCCUA (NR) need to be looked at with and without their duplicates because cost per enrollment increases as the duplication rate does.
Each vendor’s enrollments cover the cost of the investment.
Once duplicates are removed from the calculus, NRCCUA can compete with CB conversion rates for out-of-state.
I’m going to compare NRCCUA + NRCCUA/CB dups against CB + CB/NRCCUA.
