Draft Two

This milestone involves:

• Revised Draft (with any updated results/figures/tables)
• Response to Comments from Prospectus
• Response to Comments from Preliminary Results
• Response to Comments from Draft 1
• Replication Package (DO files)

You should resubmit all comments (even if you addressed them in draft one).

Revised Draft

This draft should address all comments from the Prospectus, Preliminary Results, and Draft 1. You should format draft 2 to look like a working paper. The draft should have the following:

• Title Page (abstract + footnote)
• Manuscript
• References
• Main Figures
• Main Tables
• Appendix

Response to Comments

Respond to each comment. I suggest using a different color font so that it is easy to distinguish the original comment and your response. The responses can be brief. Here are some examples:

• “Incorporated comment into introduction”
• “Done”
• “I disagree with this comment. Instead I do the following . . . .”

You do not need to incorporate each comment into your draft. However, if you disagree, you should provide a rationale.

Replication Package (DO Files)

Continue to maintain well organized and document DO files for your analysis. I should be able to access your DO files and replicate your results.

How to submit

Submit the draft, the response to all comments (prospectus, preliminary results, draft one), and a link to your OneDrive folder that contains the replication package via Slack DM to me by the deadline.
