Descriptive statistics (250 - 500 words, 1-2 tables, 2-3 figures). Here you will produce summary statistics and descriptive data visualization for your data, including tables and figures. This is designed so you effectively produce your descriptive section of your results for your project.
For this brief report, I examine household median income and broadband adoption by Bexar County census tracts between 2000 and 2019 to determine the degree of change in household median income over time. Census tracts with a high degree of change over time in regard to household median income and home value may indicate patterns of gentrification. Next, I will conduct a Principle Component Analysis to configure a index for measuring gentrification of Bexar County census tracts.
