I was brought in to work for a private company to show them dashboard functionality within ServiceNow. Prior to my involvement, emails and disconnected spreadsheets were the primary means of internal communication.

I also introduced them to the “My Tagged Documents” feature as a workaround-solution to absent data fields not yet programmed into the system. This was especially impactful given the employees unfamiliarity with the software and dashboards in general.

These screenshots serve in lieu of the actual dashboard in order to maintain the confidentiality of the company as well as the company’s data.
