Hoping against hope

Its more than two decade that claims have been made to overcome trade deficit very soon.There is little space left to curtail imports. Increasing export without improving our human capital is not possible. Stagnant export reflects poor governance,low quality human capital as well as industry. To compete in complex global market, our industry has to shed protection diapers and people have to prepare themselves as per demands of 3rd decade of 21st century.
