Customer Personality Analysis

**Introduction**

Customer Personality Analysis is a shiny app that aim to to analyse data from users based on age, education, marital status, yearly Household income, category of product, number of purchases made with a discount.

~Purpose~

* Help Entrepreneurs to target their customers based on the buying behaviour that analysed from the datasets.

* Help Business campany to make suitable discounts to achieve their business goals based on the output graph.

**Analysis Algorithm**

1.Remove the non-informative data from datasets through data cleaning process

2.Declare Marital Status 'Alone', 'YOLO' and 'Absurd' as 'Single' .

3.Calculate the age of customer from its year of birth and total spending on all items

4.Use Feature Engineering to create a new column “Total_Spent” and “days_engaged”

5.Dropping the outliers .

6.Encoding data frame , EDA “Education” and “Marital Status” into numeric forms

**Experience**

This shiny app is easily used.

~ the slider input allow us to enter the input easily.

~ choice box allow to select the x-axis variables and y-axis variables .

~ the graph presenting is easily to understand the data and informative.

This project provide a unforgettable experience to our team on developing a ShinyApp. Throughout this session, we had applied the data science knowledge that learnt from the class such as Exploratory Data Analysis.Thank You :)
