Overview

This analysis reads in NPMRDS TMC segments acquired from RITIS Massive Data Downloader and computes Truck Travel Time Reliability (TTTR)per methods compliant with FHWA PM3 System Reliability and Freight Performance TPM Performance Measures.

This analysis was conducted using data from 2017-2021, with indices computed at the quarterly basis. For visualization purposes, TTTR values over 8 not included.

Each plot below represents the distribution of TTTR values in D1 segments (unweighted for distance) for each quarter and time period of day.
