Job Profile

We are looking for a People Analytics Tech Lead to create, maintain and develop our People Data Ecosystem, provide a data, reporting and BI to our People Business Partners across Middle Americas, an co-create with our People Behavioral Function statistical, Machin Learning and Behavioral Models to help us become a Data driven Organization.

The role will be accountable to manage a Data, Analytics and DevOps team to:

  1. Ensure Data governance across platforms, operations and functions
  2. Create and sustain our Employee Data Platform
  3. Create ETL´s with our core systems
  4. Design and Deliver self-service data report to our Users
  5. Create ML models and API´s for our Digital Platforms
  6. Collaborate in technical and functional training for our People Analytics Academy
  7. Co-create Behavioral models and create ML pipelines to operationalize and automate those models
  8. Design, test and scale Analytical Solutions

The role will have direct interaction with our People Business Partners, Tech team (front end, back end developers), People Behavioral Analytics team and our Reporting Services.

Role Qualifications

We are looking for some one able to lead an autonomous squad with proven experience in Data projects . Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineer or related, Finance and/or Economics Degree. MBA is a plus, Data Science Msc is a plus but not mandatory for the role. 2-3 years of proven experience in similar roles.

The role must be familiar with Agile methodologies (i.e SCRUM), Digital Transformation or Tech/software related projects, cibersecurity, DevOps frameworks.

Soft skills are important for the role. Dealing with Complexity and Ambiguity, resolve conflicts, negotiation and proven Leadership and People management skills are needed. Project Management and Change Management experience is a must.

Hard skills such as programming on R or Python are desirable but not a must. The role must manage Data extraction tools such as Pentaho, Alterix and must be familiar with SQL, NoSQL, Spark, mongo DB , etc.

Data science skills are desirable. Having knowledge on ML methods and algorithms, regression analysis, unsupervised methods (cluster, dimentionality reduction, etc) and Deep Learning. However, it is important to have at least a basic notion in Data Science trough project participation and/or Project Management.
