Monthly sales Margin of store for years 2020 and 2021

I have created a dummy dataset for the sales of a store for each month in the year of 2020 and 2021.

Visualization

I used dumbbell plot for the analysis since it provides a clear insights at multiple levels in a single plot. In a single plot we can see which months performed poorly in both the years and also which months has highest shift in margins across the years

Observations

• Months May and October has largest increase in the margin
• Months March and August has least increase in the margin
• Months February and July recorded least sales in both 2020 and 2021
