There are a number of visual theme options that are built into flexdashboard, giving you some options for how the dashboard will look. You can find a list of these themes in the documentation. To change the theme of the dashboard, include theme: theme_name within the YAML header of the R Markdown file.

To publish a flexdashboard, click the blue button on the top right of the HTML file & publish your code to RPubs.
