This analysis looks into the outreach on twitter. It has the following limits: it only looks into those tweets that contained the account name “@IETatOU”. This is a serious limitation, as there have been many more tweets about it using different tags or phrases (such as the keyword or hashtag instead of the account).
However, the more variation we would take into account, the more likely it is that we pick up noise, i.e. tweets that do not belong to the genuine twitter activity. With the data store set up as is, and in its current temporal context, we can be rather sure that these tweets are in fact about what we think.
By now (this is a live updating script), we have 590 users who tweeted 1851 tweets.
