R Markdown

This is an R Markdown document. Markdown is a simple formatting syntax for authoring HTML, PDF, and MS Word documents. For more details on using R Markdown see http://rmarkdown.rstudio.com.

When you click the Knit button a document will be generated that includes both content as well as the output of any embedded R code chunks within the document. You can embed an R code chunk like this:

library(ggplot2)
library(esquisse)

library(ggplot2)

ggplot(ggplot2::mpg) + aes(x = displ, y = hwy, size = class) + geom_point(shape = "circle")+ theme_minimal()
## Warning: Using size for a discrete variable is not advised.

ggplot(data = mpg) + geom_point(mapping = aes(x = displ, y = hwy)) + facet_grid(drv ~ cyl)

ggplot(data = mpg) + geom_smooth(mapping = aes(x = displ, y = hwy, linetype = drv))
## `geom_smooth()` using method = 'loess' and formula 'y ~ x'

ggplot(data = diamonds) + geom_bar(mapping = aes(x = cut, fill = clarity), position = "dodge")

summary(cars)

Including Plots

You can also embed plots, for example:

Note that the echo = FALSE parameter was added to the code chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
