La variable riesgo se define en función de la distribución de multifondos en AFP. Dependiendo del tipo de multifondo y eventuales combinaciones de ellos, se define un valor de riesgo en función de la proporción máxima de activos en renta variable. De esta forma el promedio de riesgo en la muestra es 0.4298297. Condicional en ser sofisticado, es decir quienes conocen el monto de sus ahorros, el promedio es 0.4133215 y para los no sofisticados es 0.4526961
