European, Middle East, and Central Asian RABV Sequences

Data Visualizations for sequences used in the reconstruction of the transmission of rabies virus in Europe, Middle East, Central Asia and Arabian Peninsula from 2018 to 1978. These sequences were used to reconstruct the ancestral origin of RABV in the area and to determine the date of emergence. All sequences available on Genbank were used including WGS and Protein sequences.

MPBOOT Found sequences with only gaps in the sequence alignment. These sequences were also all found to be identical by GOALIGN. The sequences are below in the table
