Five traits analysis summary

In the following Table, the column from 6 to 10 , the genetic covariance variance matrix( GCV) and from column 11 to 12 the residual variance covariance matrix. The Tables can be copied , printed and downloaded in excel, csv and pdf format. The last column Jprop refers variance componenet estimation either using all data( all Jersey ) (0-1) or Jersey predinominal >0.9.

Genetic and residual correlation Table

The first five columns are the genetic correlation and the last five columns are the residual correlation. The last column Jprop refers Jersey predominant >0.9 or all (0-1). Note that the row name of the Table should be unique,as a result I distinguish trait and trait1 for example for weight at year 2 is SW2 for J >0.9 and SW21 for Jersey all (1 refers all Jersey used).
