Professional Background:

I started my career in 2013, soon after completing my undergrad in Bioinformatics. I joined Wipro Technologies, Hyderabad as a Software Engineer and worked there for client British Petroleum. I was working on a Data warehousing application and got to learn in depth about end to end processing of data. This made me interested in learning more about data analysis and I decided to move into Data Analysis.

I joined JP Morgan Chase and Co, as a Data analyst in 2016 and worked there for four years. During my tenure at Chase I got a chance to work upon technologies like SQL, Shell Scripting, Informatica, Ab-Inito and Tableau.

After spending seven in years in IT, I decided to take a learning break. I was intrigued by interesting things that were happening in the field of Data Analytics. In the Spring of 2021, I enrolled myself in the Information Systems graduate program at the prestigious University of Cincinnati. I had a strong inclination towards data and hence, I decided to pursue a graduate certificate in Data Analytics.

I am currently on my Co-Op working as Business Intelligence Data Quality Specialist at Charter Communications. I am dealing with Customer Operations, Field Operations and Viewership data. I write stored procedures in Teradata to perform data analysis, and create Audit reports for business. I also work upon tools like Micro strategy and Tableau to create the business reports.

I took DAM class in Spring Semester as part of Data Analytics Certificate. I worked upon a project to predict employee attrition using Random Forest Model.
