After completing my Bachelor’s degree, I joined Amazon as a Business Operational specialist. Over 3 years of my tenure in the IT industry, I developed 500 anti counterfeit scripts thereby preventing the counterfeit items surfacing onto the catalog for the brands protected under Brand Protection Agreement with Amazon. -Successfully driven the protection rate to 96% as the Quality Controller for the team thereby -exceeding the YTD goals. -Successfully lead the quarterly and annual business review meeting along with hands-on BRD writings. -Tools used: Perl, ETL, SQL, Notepad ++
