Technical Analyst, Schneider Electric Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore

• Worked as an Integration expert for Oracle Fusion Platform (Oracle HCM cloud).

• Worked on the SAAS application provided by Oracle internally known as ‘TalentLink’. Focused on data flow management from TalentLink with the help of Business Intelligence Publisher reports across multiple downstream applications, such as recruitment, payroll, learning platform and travel and expenses claims portal. Handled the data of about 140,000 employees.

• Worked to develop data flows from TalentLink to HR-DOC (combined sub-application of SpringCM -which generates forms and DocuSign – which specializes in Digital Signatures) under the Document Management System Project. Developed interfaces to recognize new hires, transferred employees within different legal entities in Schneider and to fetch their salary, assigned HR manager details, etc. required to generate forms (Contracts) for them.

• Developed Data Quality BIP queries which refined the quality of employee data sent to downstream applications.

• As a part of Project Captive, which handled the acquisition of L&T branch within Schneider, Improved the interface between Crown Jewel application - TalentLink and Schneider Travel and Expense Portal.

• Analyzed the degree of sensitivity of the data flowing to various downstream applications, as a part of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Project.

• Worked on support for knowledge and incident management via Support_at_Schneider (ServiceNow tool).
