Dashboard Guide
The Procurement Dashboard provides a summary of Items purchased, Quantities, Expenditures and Savings on each category.
Its 9 sections are defined as follows;

Pivot Tables
This contains Drag and Drop handles for analysis. A Pivot Table is used to summarise, sort, reorganise, group, count, total or average data stored in a table. It allows us to transform columns into rows and rows into columns. It allows grouping by any field (column), and using advanced calculations on them.Options here are numerous: Count, Count Unique Values, List Unique Values, Sum, Integer Sum, Average, Sum over Sum, 80% Upper Bound, 80% Lower Bound, Sum as Fraction of Total, Sum as Fraction of Rows, Sum as Fraction of Columns, Count as Fraction of Total, Count as Fraction of Rows, Count as Fraction of Columns

Delay Time
This delay in weeks is the difference between the expected delivery and actual delivery dates. Negative time indicates that the delivery was made earlier than expected.

Delivery Success Rate
This is the proportion of orders made that have been fulfilled.

Pending orders
These are orders whose delivery has not yet been made.

Delivered orders
These are orders whose delivery has been made.

Qty Ordered
These are the number of items oredered.

Qty Delivered
These are the number of items that have been delivered.

Planned Order Value/Planned expenditure
This is the value in UGX of orders that have been made.

Delivered Order Value/Actual expenditure
This is the value in UGX of orders that have been fulfilled.

Savings
This is the difference between the planned expenditure and the actual expenditure. A negative value indicates more expenditure than planned while a positive value indicates that less was spent than was planned.

% Savings
This is the proportion of amount saved on procurement compared to the planned expenditure. A negative value indicates more expenditure than planned while a positive value indicates that less was spent than was planned.

Data Table
Data tables display information in a grid-like format of rows and columns. They organize information in a way that’s easy to scan so that users can look for patterns and develop insights from data.Data tables can contain: Interactive components (such as chips, buttons, or menus), Non-interactive elements (such as badges), Tools to query and manipulate data
