In the following Table, the column from 6 to 10 , the genetic covariance variance matrix( GCV) and from column 11 to 12 the residual variance covariance matrix. The Tables can be copied , printed and downloaded in excel, csv and pdf format.
The first five columns are the genetic correlation and the last five columns are the residual correlation
Note: last column(no_of_traits_analysed) refers ow many traits are analysed to estimate the heritabilty for a given trait. It has values 1,2 ,3 4, 5 which shows how the heritability is computed. If the trait is analysed univariate value is 1 bivariate is 2,trivariate is 3, tetravariate is 4 or five traits together is 5. The average heritability estimates from bivariate, trivariate and tetravariate for a given weight is taken as an estimate. For example for bivariate analysis for wt_2sw, we can get estimate from bivariate analysis with wt_2sw vs wt2_top, wt_2sw vs wt_3sw, wt2_sw vs wt_4sw wt_2sw vs wt_5sw. Thus for the heritability estimate for wt_2sw is computed by avergaing those values. The same is true for trivariate, tetravariate.
