For each country, cases.pct (respectively, deaths.pct and population.pct) is its cases (respectively, deaths and population.2020) as a percentage of the world’s cases (respectively, deaths and population.2020). For example, the United States has 19.58 percent of the world’s cases, 15.71 percent of the world’s deaths, and 4.25 percent of the world’s population.

cases.per.million and deaths.per.million are cases and deaths, respectively, divided by population.2020 expressed in millions.
