Data Visualizations for sequences used in the reconstruction of the transmission of rabies virus in Europe, Middle East, Central Asia and Arabian Penninsula from 2018 to 1978. These sequences were used to reconstruct the ancesteral origin of RABV in the area and to determine the date of emergence.
