Sky of Stars lets you compare your salary offer to the candidate's peers. Using sliders to define the candidate's years of experience and salary, you can adjust your offer to be fair yet competitive.

Here is a typical output from Sky of Stars. The red dot depicts the salary offer, the other dots the peer positions. The blue line shows the best fit from a linear regression.
