Enroll Clients
Search for the client using the search bar on the homepage.
- You can also find the search bar icon in the top right corner.

Find the client or click Add Client (+)
Select the program you want to enroll the client in
- This will open up more details about the program

Provide Services
Navigate to the client’s profile then find the correct program
- Find the service you want to provide and click the arrow
- You need to add a date of service. YOu have the option to add a location and service note.

- The service will show up under the History Tab

Upload files
Navigate to the client’s profile and click on “files”
- You can upload client IDs and other documents.
- If you want to file to be visible only to people at your agency, you can mark it “private”

Assessments
First enroll the client in your program
- then select edit next to the program

Then navigate to the assessment tab from within the program
- Then select the correct assessment

- You can include members from the same household
- After you complete the assessment for one household member, the assessment for the next household member will automatically load

Households
First, navigate to the client’s profile
- Then click on “Manage” next to “Household Members” on the right panel.
- NOTE: You need to create the client before you can add them to another client’s household

Then Search for the client you want to add to the household
- Click Add (+) to the left of the client’s name

Shelter Stays
First enroll the client in a shelter program

Next select the correct shelter program and enter the dates
- You can “reserve” a room for more than one night
- Click preview reservation when done
