Purpose/Context:
Prototype for graphing the network of case sharing facilitated by PAVE. Where, currently:
- Nodes represent agencies/accounts
- Node size is a function of agency size
- Edges represent any case sharing activity (internal or external)
- Weights are not employed, apart from labeling how many shares a given edge represents
