Pre procesamiento Interpolacion, tomar varios puntos que sirven de muestreo, geometria de puntos con los valores de la propiedad, esos datos corresponden a un formato vectorial (shapefile, geopacket, geoJSON)
En campo Medicion, muestreo de la propiedad de interes y se obtienen datos, aqui descargamos los datos a traves de sitios como CHIRPS
##2. Downloading global precipitation data
CHIRPS, datos de precipitacion tomados con un sensor infrarrojo complementados con datos de estaciones, globales, diarios con un periodo ampli de 1981 y semanas atras al presente, producido por la Universidad de California en Santa Barbara, dato rastrer miden 0,05° de tamaño del pixel corresponde a 5,8 km
Baja resolucion pero utiles en Colombia un lugar donde la mitad de la zona no tiene estaciones meteorologicas
Los datos estan en formato raster, por ello hay que pasar de celdas a puntos para obtener datos con mayor resolucion
Datos .tiff, casi todos los rastrer viene en .tiff y son muy usados en geomatica
Libreria rgdal permite leer y entender datos raster, esta originalmente escriba en C++
Libreria gstat, responsable de geoestadistica e interpolaciones
