How to create a “Shareholding Pattern” of a Group of Comapnies ..

“Agrasen” Group having 6 Companies/group companies in his name Where total Shareholders are as belows..

 * Sachi Jain
 * Kalpesh Jain
 * Manoj Maheshwari
 * Anuradha Maheshwari
 * Milap Maheshwari
 * Vishal Goyal
 * Anita Goyal

Now above shareholders are having shareholding in below list of companies…and there are below listed subsideries under “Agrasen Group”.

* Akruti Infrastructres 
* Manasvi Buildcon 
* Sweet Home Decorators 
* Khyati Infraprojects
* Parswanath Construction

As we aware that each shareholder having diffrent shareholding in each companies and each companies has different shareholders with their shareholding capacities. It is very difficult sometimes to see the overview of different shareholder’s share in each companies and each company’s shareholding pattern . So to overcome this situation and viewing scenerio we need to plot all of them with help of “Hierarchy” and can easily overview the pattern of different shareholders and their shareholding capacities in respective companies.
