We start by defining three measures constructed by covid symptoms and other related words, words about breaking covid guidelines and all covid-related words. These three measures will be looked at in different scales of total count of 311 records per region, count per population, and count per total 311 calls.

First, let’s answer this question: what portion of every week’s complaints are COVID-related in general, and specifically COVID violations or any other COVID-related matters such as symptoms?

Now we move on to neighborhood level. How many calls in a neighborhood are made about COVID?

And how these calls relate to the total number of calls per neighborhood?

Let’s also consider the population density of each neighborhood and take a look at that.
