Higher average quintile means the community is at greater risk
Components for the average quintile are:
- percent population between 25 and 44
- percent population with household income below $35,000
- percent population that is divorced, separated, or widowed
- percent population above 25 that does not have high school degree
- percent population above 25 that does not have bachelor’s degree
- percent population in labor force but unemployed
- percent population not in labor force
- percent population white alone
