This document is the final assignment for a reproducibility course offered on Coursera1 See Reproducible Templates for Analysis and Dissemination course. Lessons focused on the proper documentation creation process, allowing colleagues to easily reproduce the components of our workflows. We received demonstrations of RStudio and the R Markdown language, and used Git with Github, as well as RPubs.
The following information conforms to specific project requirements, which includes text formatting exercises as well as basic visualizations of canned data (cars, pressure) found in the R application.
Powerful R packages were introduced in this course, including:
pressure Data (Plot)The R application includes a `pressure’ dataset that contains two fields: temperature and pressure. Does this plot imply any relationship?
Simple linear model does not readily fit this dataset.
cars Data (Table of dataset)The R application also includes a cars dataset that contains two fields: speed and distance. The first 6 rows of the data:
