  • Created - Status begins upon conception.
  • Registered - Status begins when the agency information form is completed for the first time.
  • Pending Approval - Status begins once the P&P form is submitted for the first time.
  • Approved - Status begins when we approve the agency to proceed to finalizing onboarding.
  • Denied -
  • Pending Launch - Status begins when the finalize-onboarding forms are all submitted
  • Launched - Currently not done through PAVE (only in DB/manually). This means the agency is live on PAVE.
