I have previously published code in github on how to get search results from You tube for analysis. In this document, Iam going to analyse the results I have downloaded as RDS file and bring forth some analysis or perspectives.
Lets start with loading the data I obtained on June 17 2021. The search string I used is “Panner Butter Masala” .
Iam loading the data silently from my RDS file.

I went ahead doing sentiment analysis of each of these ~500 video links from you tube. The intent was to read all comments in each video link and decipher the overall positive , negative and neutral score from them. Convert the values into percentages for positive, negative and neutral such that sum of them equals 100.
Lets check the top 10 videos with highest positive score
Sometimes when we filter videos not just by view count or like count we sometimes end up getting to see videos which are really nice and positive. Probably these folks who did the videos were not lucky enough to get the view count making them less popular. But this gives me a glimpse of different other you tube channels to explore and get something useful out of them. There is a learning in every nook and corner around us and its up to us to find it.
